Taylor Swift has a big decision to make now that her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s team, the Kansas City Chiefs, have reached the Super Bowl.
The Chiefs will face the San Francisco 49ers or Detroit Lions after defeating the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship, which means Kelce is one win away from winning a third Super Bowl. Swift, who was seen cheering on the Chiefs in Baltimore, is set to jet off on the Asian leg of her “Eras Tour” in February.
Her first exhibition is on February 7th in Tokyo, Japan. If Swift wants to attend the Super Bowl again to support Kelce, she may have to fly right after her last show in Tokyo to be there. The Super Bowl starts at 6:30 p.m. ET, 3:30 p.m. Nevada time, February 11.
Swift’s concerts in Japan start at 6 p.m. local time and ends about three hours later. This means that they will finish their concert in Tokyo just after 21:00. February 10th, but the big time difference would give her just over a day to travel to Vegas.
Swift has a private jet that could fly her directly, which would make her trip easier. Whether the Chiefs win or lose, Swift’s visit will be short as she looks to adjust to Australian time ahead of her first show in Melbourne on February 16. If she succeeds, chances are she would steal the show.
The NFL and Apple Music have been trying to get Swift to perform at the Super Bowl Halftime Show for years, but she has consistently turned them down. Her new affiliation with the NFL may change that in the future, especially if the Chiefs reach the Finals.
