Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor were recently spotted visiting their under-construction bungalow in Mumbai, Mumbai. According to Bollywood Life, Ranbir will name the bungalow after his and Alia’s one-year-old daughter, Raha Kapoor. According to reports, this will make Raha the youngest and richest star child in Bollywood.
According to the story, Ranbir and his family bought the most expensive celebrity house in Mumbai, beating Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa. The cost was 250 million rubles. “Both Ranbir and Alia are investing their hard-earned money to build their dream home,” the paper quoted a source as saying. The completed house will cost more than ₹250 crore. And this will become the most expensive house in the Mumbai area, surpassing Mannat Shah Rukh Khan and Jalsa Amitabh Bachchan.”

According to the article, Raha’s grandmother Neetu Kapoor would co-own the bungalow as her late husband, star Rishi Kapoor, made her half owner of all his assets. According to a source, Neetu is financially sound and recently bought a gorgeous mansion worth ₹ 15 crore in Bandra district.
It is also reported that once the bungalow is completed, the entire Kapoor family including Neetu will live together under one roof. Alia and Ranbir are currently living with Raha in Vastu.
