Taj Hotels, the flagship brand under the Indian Hotels Company or IHCL, has been named the strongest hotel brand in the world due to strong revenue growth.
According to Brand Finance’s “Hotels 50 2024” report, Taj Hotels has achieved the second fastest growth in the world, behind Sheraton by four points. The report states that the value of the Taj brand has reached $545 million.
Meanwhile, Hilton retained its position as the world’s most valuable hotel brand for the ninth consecutive year, boasting a brand value of $11.6 billion.
The Hotels 50 2024 annual report from the world’s leading brand valuation consultancy recognizes the most valuable and strongest hotel brands worldwide.
With a 45 percent increase in brand value to $545 million (Rs 45,53,17,52,500), Taj has become the strongest hotel brand in the world, according to the Brand Finance Hotel 50 2024 report.
Its improved Brand Strength Index (BSI) of 92.9 out of 100 points earned it a AAA+ rating, the highest brand strength rating awarded by Brand Finance.
