Former US President Donald Trump has said he is “ready to go to jail” after being convicted in a New York court on all 34 counts of falsifying business records, adding that his best revenge would be to win the presidential election scheduled to end this year.

The current Republican White House hopeful went on to warn that his incarceration would be “difficult for the public to accept,” adding that “there is a tipping point.”
On May 31, in a landmark verdict, a panel of 12 Manhattan jurors unanimously convicted the 77-year-old leader of falsifying business records to conceal $130,000 in hush money to adult Movie star Stormy Daniels will make an impact in the 2016 presidential election.
During the six-week trial, the court heard 22 witnesses, including Daniels, whose alleged sexual encounter with the former president was at the center of the case.
Trump called the court’s ruling a “disgrace” and says the trial was rigged with “a judge who was conflicted and was corrupt.”
