After the massive success of Godzilla vs. Kong from 2021, the two monsters return to the big screen next year for Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. Movie by Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures promises to further explore the creatures of the MonsterVerse. The New Empire is the fifth film in Legendary Pictures’ Monsterverse and sees the titular titans cross paths once again, and we’ve just been treated to even more action in a new trailer.
Just a few months after Godzilla Minus One hit theaters and the Apple TV Plus original Monarch: Legacy of Monsters delved deep into the scientific organization of the Monsterverse, Legendary Pictures brings us the next installment in its kaiju franchise.
When is Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire coming out?
Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire will hit theaters on March 29, 2024. The film was originally scheduled for release on March 15, 2024, but was pushed back to April 12, 2024, when Warner Bros. decided to concede a release date to Dune: Part Two. His third and permanent term is at the end of March.
