Australia defeated Uday Pratap’s Sahara-led Indian cricket team for the fourth time by 79 runs at the Sahara Park Willowmoore Cricket Stadium in Beloni on 11 February.
Chasing a target of 254 runs, India could only score 174 and were all out. Apart from Adarsh Singh (47), Murugan Abhishek (42) and Musheer Khan (22), no other batsman could last long.

On the other hand, the Australian bowlers dominated the second innings from the very beginning and did not let any Indian batsman get even. Mahli Beardman and Raf MacMillan took three wickets each while Callum Vidler took 2. Charlie Anderson claimed one wicket.

Mahli Beardman was awarded man of the match for picking 3 wickets and giving away only 23 runs. South African pacer Kwena Maphaka won the Player of the Tournament award.
For Australia, Harjas Singh (55) was the only batsman to score a half-century, while captain Hugh Weibgen scored 48 runs. Opener Harry Dixon scored an important 42 runs and Oliver Peake scored an unbeaten 46 runs. Other than that, no other batter could top 20 runs.

For India, Raj Limbani took three wickets while Naman Tiwari took two wickets. Both Saumy Pandey and Musheer Khan took one wicket each.
