A creative and beautiful Pokemon fan has captured the attention of hundreds with her creative candy-themed version of Litwick. The unusual but fascinating Pokémon, which transforms from its
candle-like form into a donut, is a favorite of Pokémon fans around the world.
Introduced as part of the fifth generation of the Pokémon series, Litvak is a demon/fire dual-type Pokémon that evolves into Light at level 41 and eventually evolves into Candlelight when exposed
to Stone Dusk. These three life-draining Pokemon can be found in the latest entry in the series; Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players will be able to level up Litwiker and Lapenter with relative ease.
These cute creatures were created based on questions from Reddit user MunchyKu, who shared his cute creatures on one of the main Pokémon forums.
As for the physical body, Litwiker’s candy version
remains almost completely unchanged, save for some curve adjustments. The melted fabric covering Litwak’s head and eyes was replaced by pink and powdered sugar, while her entire body took on the
color and appearance of cake. The candy version not only has a wick on top of the head, but also a birthday candle that ties the entire pattern together.
Litwick’s exciting innovation has clearly been well received by the Pokemon fan base, as the post has already garnered nearly 1,000 retweets and likes within a few hours of being published. Reviews
of the artwork also seem to be mostly positive; fans argue that it is a dual fairy/fire type and that it “must” be different in the region. Litwick’s birthday cake version is now the latest in the
artist’s line of candy-themed Pokémon redesigns. Earlier this month, the artist revealed an adorable new version of the Chikorita, featuring chocolate-dipped strawberries.
In addition to repurposing the Candle Pokémon as food, other Pokémon fans have also created a human version of Chikorita. Litwick. The human performance masterfully incorporates the description of
Litwic, where flames turn into beautiful hair and soft folds into skirts. Even though it’s not a candy theme, Pokémon fans also find the model cute.
When some fans started editing Litwic, one fan decided to get a good translation. A Pokemon fan made a real Litwick candle for Halloween. The product is made of resin instead of wax and has a hole in the head to hold the tea light. While fan art of Litwak has seemingly increased in frequency, we don’t know what the Pokémon will look like next.
